Accounts are created through the purchase of a subscription via Stripe. During the registration process, we collect the following information:

  • Company information (if applicable)
  • VAT information (if applicable)
  • Country
  • Address
  • Payment information (stored by Stripe)

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase or subscribe to online services. We do not issue refunds based on claims of being underage while subscribing.

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Intentionally sabotage, DDoS, or perform any actions that may harm our services or brand.
  • Engage in any illegal activities or use our services for any unlawful purposes.
  • Misuse our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services, as these are dependent on third-party providers such as Railway and other external APIs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LimeTip AB disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use of our services. LimeTip AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) your use or inability to use our services;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, except as required under GDPR;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
